We hand make hearty, rustic, sourdough loaves using locally-milled whole grain flours and organic ingredients. Whether they're oozing toasted cheese, or packed with nuts and seeds, our breads are as at home on a charcuterie plate as they are in a sandwich. We strive to make breads that are nourishing and delicious. Each loaf takes around 72 hours to make, end to end. We think it’s worth the wait.
